1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tk0k platform, whether through a web browser, mobile device, or any other means of electronic access, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of this Agreement.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who accesses or uses the tk0k platform in any capacity. Acceptance is not conditional upon completing registration — merely browsing the platform constitutes partial acceptance, and full acceptance occurs upon account creation.

This Agreement is effective as of the date you first access or register on the platform and remains in full force until your account is permanently closed or the Agreement is terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions set out herein.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with tk0k, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and continue to be so throughout the duration of your account.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual person and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the tk0k platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of tk0k or any of its associated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

tk0k reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend account access pending satisfactory verification. The platform conducts identity verification before processing first withdrawals and may request additional documentation at any point during the account lifecycle.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the tk0k platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or any other distinguishing information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to update your information promptly if any details change. tk0k shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by the user.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify tk0k's customer support team immediately.

tk0k reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its absolute discretion without providing a reason for the refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tk0k platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk0k supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at the platform's discretion.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful processing by the payment provider. tk0k is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit to the same account. This policy is maintained for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Verified accounts may withdraw up to ৳200,000 per transaction, subject to payment method limits.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• tk0k reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it deems such verification necessary for compliance purposes.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit transaction through your payment provider after the funds have been credited to your tk0k account will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

tk0k does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees, which are outside tk0k's control and responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tk0k offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses offered by tk0k:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash.
• The wagering requirement for any bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• tk0k reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a user's account if the platform has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through fraudulent means, or in breach of the promotional terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods as stated in the specific promotion terms. Unmet wagering requirements after the expiry period results in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• tk0k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the tk0k platform are subject to the specific rules governing the game, sport, or event on which the bet is placed, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• A bet is considered final and binding once it has been confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number has been issued. tk0k will not cancel or modify bets after this point except in circumstances described below.
• In the event of obvious technical errors or manifest mistakes in odds, tk0k reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the user's account balance.
• For cricket and other sports betting markets, if a match is abandoned, suspended, or otherwise does not reach the minimum completion threshold required for settlement, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless alternative settlement rules are explicitly stated for that market.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the platform's discretion, including during breaks in play, pending decisions, or where the integrity of the market cannot be assured.
• The maximum payout for any single bet or parlay is ৳5,000,000 (five million Bangladeshi Taka), regardless of the odds or stake involved.
• tk0k reserves the right to limit the stake size, restrict market access, or decline bets from any user at its absolute discretion without providing a reason.

For casino games, the rules of each individual game govern play outcomes. All games offered through the tk0k platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) and independently audited return-to-player (RTP) percentages. Game rules are displayed within each game interface.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk0k platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform simultaneously.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to fix outcomes, share cards or information in live games, or otherwise manipulate game results.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any winnings derived from known software errors must be reported and will be voided.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or systematically wagering bonus funds on low-risk outcomes solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other criminal purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tk0k staff or other users through any channel including live chat, email, or social media.
• Attempting to access any account other than your own or attempting to penetrate the security systems of the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

tk0k is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and responsible gambling environment. The platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools available to all registered users through their account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

If you believe that your gambling behaviour is becoming harmful or is no longer within your control, you are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools or to contact the tk0k support team directly. The support team can action an immediate self-exclusion request in under five minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Self-exclusion requests are taken with the utmost seriousness. Once a self-exclusion period is active, it cannot be shortened or reversed for the duration agreed upon at the time of the request. tk0k will also make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from being sent to self-excluded users during the exclusion period.

• Deposit limits can be set for daily, weekly, or monthly periods and take effect immediately upon activation.
• Loss limits cap the amount you can lose in a given time period. Once the limit is reached, further play is suspended until the period resets.
• Cooling-off periods suspend account access for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 5 years, with permanent closure available on request.

9 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the tk0k Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

tk0k collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and where you have provided consent, marketing communications. All data is stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform's software or source code.
• Use any platform content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, affiliate marketing (unless operating under a formally agreed tk0k affiliate agreement), or competitive analysis.
• Use any automated data collection tools, including web scrapers, crawlers, or data mining software, to extract content from the platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any external website without express written permission.

Game content, including software, graphics, sounds, and mathematics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming) and is licensed to tk0k for delivery through the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk0k's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk0k shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or tk0k had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored on the platform or associated systems.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by events outside tk0k's reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, or cyber-attacks.
• The conduct or content of third-party websites linked to or from the platform.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with your security obligations, including safeguarding your login credentials.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tk0k makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds, or the fitness of any service for a particular purpose.

12 Amendments to These Terms

tk0k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at tk0k.io/terms-conditions and will display the date of the most recent update at the top of the document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the tk0k platform following the posting of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

For amendments that materially affect your rights as a user, tk0k will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect, where it is operationally practical to do so. However, the absence of such notification does not affect the validity or enforceability of the amended terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tk0k operates as a platform serving Bangladesh-based players and directs all dispute resolution processes accordingly.

In the event of any dispute between you and tk0k, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the tk0k customer support team. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five business days. The majority of disputes are resolved at this level without requiring formal escalation.

If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute may be escalated to the tk0k complaints department at [email protected]. A formal written response will be provided within 14 calendar days of escalation.

If a dispute remains unresolved following the formal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.
